1. Practice mindfulness - Have you noticed that stores are already putting out the Halloween gear? Instead of living a few months in the future, try paying attention to the sights, sounds and smells of summer. What does the warm sun feel like on your skin? How does a glowing orange sunset look? Take a moment to stay with these feelings and actually enjoy these last days of summer.
2. Try a new outdoor activity - Never tried paddle boarding? How about hiking to a waterfall or surfing? There are so many amazing summer activities, and new experiences can also help us stretch time and be in the moment.
3. Enjoy summer's bounty - Of course, this is a great time to enjoy seasonal produce from peaches and plums to summer squash and corn. Make each meal a celebration of the bright flavors of summer.
