MACRONUTRIENT BALANCE ON A VEGETARIAN DIET

Learn five simple ways to increase health, energy and feel grounded in your body!
As a vegetarian/vegan for over 20yrs, I experienced how this diet can be experimental and challenging to body and health if not followed correctly. I learned the importance of balancing both nutritional values with deep embodied nourishment for optimal health. In this talk, I will share how I achieved this balance while eating a vegetarian/vegan diet.
I will also include some healthy on-the-go snack ideas, a food chart including macro-nutrient balanced meals, and my famous protein packed Bliss Ball recipe.
Rachael Codina trained at the Institute for the Psychology of Eating in Boulder, CO. She is passionate about teaching people how to heal their body through being deeply nourished by their relationship to food.
She effectively supports individuals who have challenges with digestive stress, emotional eating, stuck weight, and constant low energy.
