TRANSFORM STRESS-EATING INTO YOUR APPETITE FOR LIFE

Often time’s stress-eating can be the result of a HUGE POWER that we are pushing down, but comes out as imbalance in the way we eat. I refer to this huge power as Sacred Metabolism. This talk will explore some healthy ways to transform stress eating into a more relaxed relationship with your food and body. I will guide you through my “LIFE Appetite Cycle” which I developed to help you increase your motivation for pursuing some of your bigger life goals instead of being “consumed” by food.
Rachael Codina trained at the Institute for the Psychology of Eating in Boulder, CO. She is passionate about teaching people how to heal their body through being deeply nourished by their relationship to food.
She effectively supports individuals who have challenges with digestive stress, emotional eating, stuck weight, and constant low energy.
