The Vegan Diet is becoming more and more popular as a path towards vibrant health. It is true that adding more vegan and/or raw foods into your diet is a fabulous way to support maximizing your health potential. However, just because your meal is “raw” or “vegan” doesn’t mean it is good for you. It is actually quite possible to be very unhealthy and seriously deficient in some key nutrients on a vegan diet.
