Topics discussed include healthy eating, mind-body exercises, stress management, life goals and meditation.
Daniel Marty is a Holistic Life & Wellness Coach. Born and raised in Switzerland, he holds degrees in education, mediation and coaching. He has extensive experience as an educator and in the wellness industry. Most recently he received certification as a Holistic Yoga Instructor (B.E.S.T.) and founded 360alive LLC, a personal holistic wellness service, helping people to create optimum health and well-being through an integrated mind-body-spirit approach.
