In this talk we will explore a number of different ways in which we can cleanse and detoxify our personal spaces and lives. We will explore a variety of options for making choices that are saner, cleaner, and healthier for ourselves, our families, our homes and the planet. Types of cookware and utensils, food storage containers, cleaning products, and personal care products will all be discussed as well as several ancient methods for space clearing and esoteric ways to cleanse subtler levels of our being.
